This half day is provided for all NCCS honors level teachers to work on their honors portfolios and get the support they need to complete the process.
Revised Tentative Timeline
For North Carolina's State-Level Honors Portfolio Review Process
October 15, 2014:
Cohort I feedback will be available.
January 7, 2015:
All first semester portfolios due to district for review.
April 22, 2015:
All second semester portfolios due to district for review.
May 1, 2015
:
Honors portfolios for designated courses submitted through the NC Education "Honors Portfolio/NCSGP" Moodle site.
May 15
- June 5, 2015
: Reviewers contacted and trained.
July 30, 2015
:
Online review of submitted portfolios completed
Fall 2015
: Feedback to LEAs
